Most design-build projects begin at $25,000, with design fees typically ranging from $1,500 to $3,500. Many larger renovations are planned in phases so the work can align with your priorities over time. Ongoing maintenance plans are scoped separately based on property size and service level; the typical range is $7,500–$15,000 for annual plans.
